Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with

Your order should reach its destination in good condition. If this is not so, then you must bring it to the notice of our customer service through e-mail at within 24 hours of receiving the product with appropriate images. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

If the customer service directs you to return the goods, than the goods must be returned to the address given on our contact page (postage must be paid by the sender). On receipt of the damaged goods we will immediately replace them. Melted chocolates are not considered damaged.

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitute.

We do not prefer sending chocolates in summer or under unfavourable weather / climatic conditions, and while we take every precaution to ensure orders arrive in good condition we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to chocolate products by high ambient temperatures or by conditions which are beyond our control. Ordering during summer months is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice, however we guarantee the price you pay will be the price published on this web site at the time and date you placed your order.

Important: We make fresh chocolates, after order confirmation and receipt of payment. We use the services of leading courier services to deliver the chocolates. They normally deliver the chocolates the next day where there is a direct air connection. Maximum time they take to deliver is 2 days to Metros and Major Cities (Within India), but due to unavoidable circumstances or situation beyond our control, it may take longer than the normal delivery period. We shall provide the list of the courier companies along with their website links to you so that before sending the amount/placing the order, please check the cities where all delivery is made. We will not be responsible for the goods returned due to no service for the destination.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without reason. However from your side the Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 03 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request will not be entertained as the specific order would have been produced / under production or packaging and shipping process would have started. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Refund Policy

There are two modes of refund:

  • ChoclolatePalace Credit - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your ChoclolatePalace Wallet in the ‘store credit’ component.
  • Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

ChoclolatePalace will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
